Is it proper etiquette to talk on a CELL PHONE while...........?
eatting out with a friend, shopping in a department store where a salesperson is waiting to assist you, on a date, in line at a grocery store, when you are in a conversation with another person, in another persons home?

Dont do it. If you must, excuse yourself.. Get up from the table, go into another room, step outside, whatever, and apologize when you get back.
