Is it possible to transfer songs from an Ipod without syncing?
For reasons Im not going into, my backed up data has been formatted, including around gb of music. The thing is, every song that I had on my hard drive is still on my Nano G... so my question is, as Ive reformatted my PC can I transfer the files on my Ipod to the PC without syncing to Itunes? Because syncing would just delete everything.

you could use a program to manage them from the nano to pc, then pc to itunes.
