If I get a cell phone just for emergencies, should I tell people that I have a cell?
Should I list it on job applications, give to friends, etc. or to just people I would contact for actual emergencies? And dont tell anyone else either?

If its for emergency, your only supposed to whip your cell in an emergency. Dont tell job people, friends, just tell family. Thats why its called an EMERGENCY phone. Get a cellphone for personal uses if you want to use it like that. brWandering around yahooD
